- ZWAE sp. z o.o. as a personal data administrator, we process your personal data in accordance with applicable law, concluded contracts and based on your consent. ZWAE sp. z o.o. processes the following categories of personal data: name, surname, address, tax identification number, telephone number, e-mail address, job position.

- perform actions at the request of the data subject or perform a contract for the provision of services to the data subject and to meet the obligation to settle for tax and accounting purposes (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) and (b) c) Polish GDPR)

- the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of that data;
- the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data - if the data is incorrect or incomplete;

- the data subject has objected to the processing of personal data,

This withdrawal does not affect the compliance of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, with applicable law.
- Providing personal data by the State is mandatory when the premise for processing personal data is a law or an agreement concluded between the parties.
- In a situation where the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, providing personal data by you is voluntary.
- In the event of becoming aware of unlawful processing by ZWAE sp. z o.o. of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection). - Your data may be processed automatically and will not be profiled.
- We do not share any personal data with third parties. In the event of such necessity, the data will be transferred only after the data subject has consented to the access to specific categories of data. The data of contractors are in the system for tax settlements. The regulations allow us to process data even despite the objection of the person concerned, if it is necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims. In the event of a claim, we have the right to transfer data to a debt collection company.
